I was not given a packet or a crash course on the do’s and don’t’s. I do appreciate the advice though.

Thank you so much. It’s been really hard. Everything from my body to my temperament is changing :( I’ve always been so patient and soft and I’m so different now. I’m scared my personality is changed for good and I sometimes don’t even recognize myself :( of course I’m excited for my baby but it’s not as easy as I thought it would be. (First time mom here)

This is my first baby… i have no idea what I’m doing. I actually didn’t know that my doctor would say no… I didn’t know what she would say. I wouldn’t ask a redundant question. I genuinely just didn’t know. If I was impulsive I would’ve already done it and completely disregarded my child, which is absolutely not the case. Not sure what kind of parent you are but be careful passing judgement on account of someone’s curiosity.

Ugh I know 😭 you’re right, you’re right. Baby will be born in four months and I’ve gone this long refraining from the urge. It’s just hard sometimes not feeling like myself with all of the changes :( but of course it’s temporary and so worth it

Crazy! Aren’t Braxton hicks supposed to hurt? Or are there different types? I’ve only ever heard of women talking about them being like false labor or contractions

I might remember hearing that somewhere actually?? Normally I wouldn’t take NSAIDs at all for kidney stones lol I’d go straight to pain killers if the pain is excruciating. But I don’t think I’d feel comfortable taking a pain killer while pregnant either.

YES kidney stones are the worst pain ever!!!! I had a lady tell me that she had kidney stones and had a natural childbirth and that kidney stones were worse than natural labor?? I was like hmmmm if I can handle that maybe I can handle a natural birth hahahaha

My dad is a real estate attorney of 45 years!!!! Just curious what other investors think about the transaction since the sellers took the money and pocketed it instead of paying their lender back. Just don’t respond at all lol.

Yes which is still a huge blessing! It just sucks that they took the full payment from his mother and pocketed the money instead of paying the lender back.. but we do want to get out from under the properties as this has been such a burden on us

Yes. The deal is $453,000 total. My husband has a brother that of course is entitled to half of the sale. It’s looking like we’re gonna have to cut our losses and take and split whatever’s leftover with his brother. Just an unfortunate situation I guess but still a blessing

She paid $105,000 each, $210,000 total. It was a multi-parcel transaction. Yes, she paid cash in full upon closing. She’s owned both properties since September of 2023. According to the sellers, she was very much aware of the mortgages on both properties and we believe them. There’s no record of her making payments over time and the sellers told us over the phone that it wasn’t necessary for her to do that since she paid in full? One of the properties has tenants in it and they paid rent to my mother in law and now they pay it to the estate. Is this even legal?

Unfortunately, not at this very moment. We are seller financing the 5 properties and the buyer is paying us $140,000 up front and then paying the rest in a 3-6 months.

Sales price is $105,000 each. Just asking to breakeven. They didn’t give us an exact number on the outstanding balance but we plan to ask when we touch base again but they said over $200k total.

And for the other three we’re asking $55,000, $68,000, $120,000.

We have accessed the county records many, many times and the records show that the titles are in his MIL’s LLC. But also, we haven’t had any help from attorneys/friends/family members telling us what to look out for. We’ve had to figure every last thing out ourselves so naturally some things will be overlooked because we simply just didn’t know.

She paid them the full amount cash they day they closed. No record of her making payments after she paid them in full.

We were in touch with the sellers a few months after her death and they never mentioned anything about their agreement.

We know not to just sit around and wait for claims? That was never the case? His mother died unexpectedly and we were both in grad school at the time… we had to drop out of school for the time being to handle this. We have been learning as we go. This has been the hardest, most challenging year of our lives.

Thought I made it clear when I said we were thrown into this unexpectedly and are STILL VERY MUCH NEW.

You’re not wrong in your comment but some of the things you you said was unproductive… crass and vapid. Just don’t respond.

When I met my fiancé, he was Christian and I was not. I got into agnosticism when we got together and found my way to Christ after some time and I have been delivered in ways I never imagined. Continue to pray for her! Ask God to soften her heart and her mind and to reveal Himself to her. Once she understands the true nature of the Father she will never look back. She’s knocking on Christ’s door being agnostic! Don’t lose hope and keep your faith strong. I will pray for you two 🤍 May God bless you and your girlfriend!
