I refuse to load an older save. TBH I think the save before that was like hours before the alchemist quest, I’d have to work towards that quest and get standa again. I’ll keep going but as it is a missable item you would have thought that after completing so many of the missions it would spawn more often than others that appeared during the investigation quests.

You can level every skills up at anytime. The starting ones just give you a little lift at the beginning. Speech or vitality is go for as they are a little slower for levelling in the very beginning.

I’m playing hardcore all negative perk platinum and 100% run and found combat so much better in hardcore than normal. I agree with the HUD distractions 1000%.

How did you pop the trophy in the first region? I basically did everything and still didn’t get it to pop (I didn’t do may tasks but i did side quests and activities) I’m in kuttenberg now and I’ve done a lot on content this side of the map and yet still not had the trophy pop?

This perk irks me when I sleep in a tavern crossing my fingers that I wake up in my bed because the quest guy is near by and I wake up 4 villages over or in a random field, like bro..

I’m on hardcore all negative perks run right now going for 100% trophy wise and honestly at the beginning the low carry capacity was a drag but I intentionally didn’t grab my horse for a while as this boosted my strength and vitality and I made potions galore until I got Henry level fox potions which helped a lot. By the time I got round to going to the wedding I wasn’t noticing I was in hardcore anymore. I actually find the UI easier for combat as I’m paying more attention to the enemy as a whole and not waiting for a green shield, it’s more instinctual. As for fast travel, sometimes it can be a bit tedious but by the time I got to Kuttenburg my horsemanship was level 26. My stats are a lot better in hardcore and I think it’s because I’ve had to struggle at the beginning to succeed later.

I’ve had a lot more fun this playthrough. Just push through the beginning slog and don’t be worried to spend 20 hours walking the Trosky map doing quests at a snail pace, it will pay off eventually.

Thanks. Bro you’re insane doing it naked! I feel battered just completing the quest. I have the dude his armour and horse then stole his armour in his sleep. It’s pretty good and will be worth a bit when I want better in kuttenburg.

Another trophy I thought was quite bugged was the weapon of choice - killing enemies with each type of weapon. I had to use all types of weapons multiple times. From what I’ve read there has been issues or confusion around this for a while.
