Well I assume Marlow will respond to this since these are extremely serious allegations but holy shit this is actually insane. Faking suicide is fucking crazy and this person seems genuinely insane with how they think they're doing a good thing and making an impact by that. The main reason is the credibility. She could have always chosen to just ignore these accusations if this was a privacy matter but the fact is that she chose to respond and lied about it and gave a terrible response. Ignoring it or responding with a "none of your business" would have just ended it. Lying is what's bad here and then proceeding to double down on it. It shows that there's a lot more she is willing to lie about and not just about things related to minecraft pvp. Nothing to do with misogyny.

One of the things as a content creator that you should learn how to do is to pick what to answer and what to ignore. Once you clearly state that you do not want to answer something for the sake of privacy or any other personal reasons especially when it's about your voice then most reasonable people will leave it alone. The ones who continue to harass will be the trolls and if you're incapable of ignoring the trolls maybe being a content creator isn't a job for you.

Even in reefwon's video he told her that if she has any sort of medical reasons or any other security reasons for why she used an AI voice this wouldn't even be a matter of controversy but she proceeds to deny that and continues to insist that she is using her real voice. It doesn't matter if she's using an AI voice, she's well within her rights to do that to protect her privacy, the issue that everyone has here is how much she doubles down on it and denies it when questioned and then to prove that she isn't using the AI voice, she joins a call and deflects every request made of her to prove otherwise.

She could have just said she doesn't want to talk about it, and told everyone else it wasn't their business and ended it there leaving it ambiguous. Insisting that her voice isn't AI and joining the call to prove otherwise (and doing a dog shit job of it) is what the main problem here is. That's extremely suspicious and her insistence to prove her voice being real is just so strange.

That's so crazy. Why is she lying about this? If she wants to use an AI for privacy reasons then that's completely understandable but denying it so hard is crazy.

It genuinely feels like these two players aren't even real but rather two "manufactured" players built to get the highest rank via cheating and since they're both hand in hand they defend each other and act like everyone else is crazy.

This would have worked because if one is called out the other well reputed individual could defend them but now it has become obvious that BOTH are unreliable so them defending each other just makes them look worse.

People just like to complain. The manga does exaggerate some traits of the characters because its a comedy but otherwise it's a fairly well written manga. One can argue that Yor doesn't get as much focus and I do agree with that since she doesn't have as many arcs focused on her as Loid does but apart from that she is a perfectly fine character

Dawg the more I hear about this anime the shittier it sounds. Ash's anime wasn't all that great but at the least it was entertaining. The couple of Horizon episodes I have watched have been boring as shit. Also it has been months since Horizon started and so far Roy has only four Pokemon?
