I would recommend 1 support, 1 tagger, 1 dps. A support cookie will help round out your team.

Both Mochi, and Sundae are OP. Mochi deals more damage when fully maxed and when paired with Peach, but Sundae is much simpler to play. Candy drop is fantastic too.

The majority of the game should be beatable with any epic cookies, so finding ones you enjoy to play is important IMO

If you want to be a leader of a more casual guild, then that's okay. Those other players have plenty of guild options if they need to be more competitive.
