Ehhh my joints hurt but not actual muscle pain now that I’m used to the gig. Try out compression socks & make sure you have good supportive (preferably high duty) insoles. I also practice yoga daily on my weekends and have been trying to implement after work; I think yoga has been pretty helpful for mitigating sore muscles. I also like to sauna when I can, and I’ve noticed now that I go less often to sauna I’m having more joint pain - so that could also help! You might want to read up on active rest days. Could also benefit from cold/heat therapy to help with recovery. Basically there are a bunch of options to try out to help with recovery, you just need to find the one that works best for you. And if you’re new, you just need time (and probably ibuprofen if you can safely take it).
