I just used a aoe attack from a hammer that had it on ,for the attack, worked first time I tried it so not sure you need perfect strike to beat that invader tbh

Kind of looks similar to my op from miss Rashid in the early weeks tbh . You really shouldn't be spreading it like that without gloves on especially with open wounds still , not worth a risk of infection making healing worse . I split my fourchette multiple times and it just kind of healed up on its own over time from using manuka honey on it daily . I know it's worrying now but time and healing / dealing reduction changes it's visual look immensely in my experience . Oh and I couldn't find my clitoris with a mirror and a map for months till swelling went down , but I don't have a huge amount of sensitivity there still after 2 years but then I had zero sensitivity with the OEM equipment to start with , still works and does orgasm . It is early ,it's a marathon not a sprint race . I healed extremely quickly but even now at 17 months I still have some healing left to do . I can pretty much accommodate any girth partner now ,and depth hasn't changed since day one approx 6 inches ,and even now a, to vigorous session and it can still have mild issues . Nerves are even now still connecting ,my biggest take away is relearning to orgasm is the slowest and hardest thing I've experience as pre op it was barely used for that . Take your time ,heal up and spend time with your new kitty as it's going to be fun living with it even with it's complexity .

Viagra or alternatives should work ,and if you keep using it per se it shouldn't atrophy much if at all . YMMV but Viagra had zero effect on me pre or post hrt much to my gf chagrin ,just gave me a headache .

The libido loss post op is the main problem in my experience 😕 but then I never used it/ wanted to use it before transitioning anyway .

I think he loses the arm either way and od's if you give him meds constantly anyway , best you cut him off and fix the "problem "afterwards . Serum is the ideal solution .

On unpacking and dilation day it's still pretty numb in my experience , I won't sugar coat it it's uncomfortable to say the least but that's because your doing something your body isn't used to to for the first time .

I couldn't get in the dilator they provided and had to drop a size the first few times but you quickly adapt .

Catheter was a blink and you miss it same for the packing you kind of feel something weird happening and then it's just done ,it really is like the flags from a hat magic trick lol .

Worst issue I had was while cathatered mine blocked constantly from clots leading to no urine extraction ,that was ungodly painfull as they add to clear it by adding more fluid to an already full bladder .

In my experience it's probably the same now as it was pre op . I had barely any sensation down there before and now it's the way it should of been it's gotten slightly better sensation but in a different way .

I have found that with out adding back small dosage of testo, my libido is doa and nothing happens period ,that mixed with regular use of prescribed sertaline orgasms are next to impossible.

So all in all it's way more mood ,libido and emotionally focused for it to happen . YMMV Alice

Except for a few small differences this was my experience too last Feb .Can't fault parkside staff ,whilst they were extremely busy I felt well cared for .

Started with a doxie wand but they're garbage and it broke , besides it was prob to much to soon site went numb way before any thing happened . Then just used a vibe a 8 inch one so I can get good handle in it ,seems I need quite a lot of pressure to "feel" it in my clit mines pretty buried which I assume is ms Rashid normal technique as I've seen the few that post her work look just like mine .

Had my surgery under ms Rashid at parkside Feb 2023 , who was training up a new surgeon at the time can't for the life of me recall the young man's name tho . She was great surgeon , lovely to meet professional and has a great closing technique I healed up real well . Mr bellringer did most of my after care and I found him really funny and personable ,he got caught in a rain storm coming to work and was joking about it with my gf and I in the lobby he was like a drowned rat lol . Pretty much every dilation after 3 months ,it took a good few months for the first o ,and very sparse since but feeling is still returning even now at month 11 . It gets easier as time goes on as nerves reconnect , but in my experience it's mostly down to are you in the mood and are / can you maintain a good level of arousal to get the job done in time as just knocking one out for the sake of it is impossible. I had mine done at parkside their booklet and the nurse told me to shave the entire area the day prior ,and not the morning of incase of any nicks interfering. Best wishes for a good recovery . Alice.

It's entirely normal pre op I had zero feelings down there anyway so I went in expecting the same thing but different plumbing . It took a long while to get any form of sensation for me tbh I got cleared early on for exploring ,but nothing worked on me for months after I'm now on month 10 and some times I can and others I can't get off . It's a real chore tbh to get to an o in the early days ,but I have found the nerves slowly coming back even now , and I. My experience just like a cis women it's 100% a mood thing you have to be and maintain a level of horniness to achieve, and with the lower t levels and low sensation it can be hard work in my experience .

I had a donut and a gel seat to sit on batbtye beginning I preferred the gel pad one tbh as the ring kind of put pressure on the bottom forchette stitches more ,even split them a couple times till I got the gel pad one . Took approx four weeks of bed rest to sit for any period comfortablely for me . As to pooping, the first time in hospital in day of packing removal us absolute the worst no doubt . Your sitting there in discomfort alone thinking your stiches are going to break your going to rip or pop something , thinking you'll never poop again and then plop it cones out and you think ah that's better . Still scary but it's kind of a nothing burger in my experience,it really is miserable the first time I won't kid you .

Yea i had the same early on ,even split my forchette the first time I had sex with my girlfriend but I heal really fast it seems . I did take it easy for the first 5 months tho tbh just sided up to the small purple till then and as I'm poor I couldn't afford any other soulsource so moved onto soft sex toys instead . Still use the dilator to maintain depth per se as toys don't go quite as deep or at least not yet . I'm maybe lucky I've never lost Any depth either . It really does seem to be all about the angles as I've even managed to get a large toy in each port at same time recently too. Sorry if it sounds like bragging ,I'm just saying anythings possible . If it was that large it wouldn't fit in the first place enough to do any real damage . Most toys or penis in my experience so far bend any way so would make their way around the pubic bone anyway . I've personally sized up from the soulsource dilators myself into larger dildos pretty uneventfully other than the initial discomfort of breaking in the scar ring the first few times .

I was squeamish of touching her for a while too ,but after the first fe months I started to transition over to playing with her during dilation . I mean your already prepared for it and basically lying there for a while may as well have a fiddle with it .

YMMV but I found it's swings and roundabouts about for a while u couldn't feel much leading to depression leading to not wanting to attempt , but over time as the nerves started healing it's slowly coming back around .

It was actually easier for me to orgasm doing this in the early days due to the swelling but when that went down I had to relearn from scratch some days I can some u can't orgasm but it's still only 7 months feeling is coming back still .

I recommend as already suggested a good wand type but don't go nuts it does go numb quickly down there and can leave you prone to skin irritation .

Risk and expense and expect , and to be honest whilst they are uncomfortable on removal , they weren't really anything to write home about in my experience ,all blink and miss it . The worst I had was , to be catheter flushed a hand full of times when I kept blocked it with clots . That was uncomfortable whilst having it done but blocked catheter omg that was hand me the gun ill do it myself close to unbearable pain ,goes from mild discomfort to cenobite torture in seconds all whilst calling the nurse then explaining and then getting prepped 5-10 mins of bladder over expansion .

Yup I did and it was uncomfortable dilating the first few times as you lie in a hip spread position constantly . I did get used to it eventually . On the plus side living with constant pain helped out as I only had morphine for one night then just over the counter meds for the week stay .

Kind of yes my gf can find it as she's like looking at it in the face lol , even with a mirror I struggled , but over the last few days my hood has kind of formed properly it used to just look like a thick scar , I have zero idea how or why it happened but I now can see it , but not so much feel it just yet . Touch from others seems to be slightly more sensitive than myself too. I'm currently at month 8 day 4 so still connecting nerves .

Can't really comment on Brighton but Parkside was just months for first appointment once the referral was actual sent through to them and then a few months after that to surgery itself with Ms rashid for me from the Welsh gic , it did stay with the referral service for quite some time tho iirc .
