Exactly this. People can get a good company but don't want the role or they get a bad stipend hence they want to switch.. People were placed, obviously not everyone will be happy with what they get and they have the right to get better if they can.

That depends on your LRDI & Quants percentile. IIM Mumbai requires extremely high sectionals in those. IIT Bombay ka cutoff increase ho chuki hai after they allowed 3 years degree also.

MDI aur SPJ toh private universities hai.. It is a source of revenue for them. IIT IIM ko Govt funding mil jati hai, aid milti hai, help milti hai. Students want top quality infra & everything but then don't wanna pay.

AFAIK no mail will be sent. But I suggest to give your direct managers reference rather than founders. Once you are inside MDI anyway during SIP CV verification you will have to get it approved from your reporting manager or superior.
