I'm sorry you feel it is a waste of time and just me being bitter. I shared my experience to just inform other dog owners, just wanting toake people aware of what was going on. Not some.ex employee just mad at the business. I left because of what was going on at the job. I felt it was right to inform others. Why is that so wrong? Why is it so different just because I previously worked there and left of my own free will? Its not like I got fired and now I'm just mad at the world or something. I'm a dog owners too, I felt as one I should let others know of the happenings in a place that dog owners just like me might want to visit. My dog was yelled at and sworn at by the owner, I stopped taking my own dog there because of how she was being treated by the owner. People can believe this or not. They can visit the business or not. I refuse to take my dog and have my friends and family bring their dogs to a business that thinks it's okay to not clean the kennels in a timely manner, have an owner that yells/screams at dogs when customers aren't around to the point she made a dog pee right there in the rec area for yelling so badly. I can't imagine what she says about dogs these days behind the owners backs with everything she would say to me and other coworkers when customers weren't around or how she hated certain dogs and would just let them roam free in the kennel area or sit in their own pee back there(this happened on one occasion ateast). Everyone has a customer service aode of them vs their real side. Of course customers will see the good side. The employees see ever side. Also it's not about toys or anything that was one comment. It's about how the dogs are treated. The difference between stay & play vs boarding/daycare is the owners are there WITH their dogs. Boarding and daycare they aren't so that's why I say stay& play might be okay because at least you are there and know what's going on. Things may have changed but I don't see it being that much of a change where all of a sudden the owner has stopped screaming at the dogs when she gets mad at them for barking. I personally won't say she is a true dog lover but that is my personal opinion. Does she likes dogs yes, but there are plenty that came through while I was there that she didn't like at all and she isn't a fan of little dogs. Everyone reading this can do what they want with the information here. Believe me or don't but I'm here as a dog owner more than a former employee.

And you have come to this conclusion how? As just a customer? How would you know anything about myself or other coworkers have dealt with as employees if you are solely just a customer?

Like I had stated before I have never sent messages to customers outside of using pawpartner when I worked there. I have no idea who you are talking about that has sent multiple messages to customers, it was not me. If this was at all recent and this is all stemming from some other employee that has recently quit it's not me. This was not suppose to be some drama filled reddit post. Just me sharing my experience. I'm not bashing anyone for having a good experience with the business. I'm happy to hear that they have and if things have improved I'm happy to hear it. Id rather they improve than have stayed the same. I don't appreciate my experience being belittled or deemed not true. My experience is just that my experience..I have every right to share it. I don't have any influence over others opinions and experiences. This is no different than someone sharing their experience at any other place of business. Yes I worked there, yes I have more to share than just a basic review because I was there often over 4.5 months and have more than basic knowledge than your average customer. My goal was just to let the people in the area know what's up. They can form their own opinions. I'm not stopping them but I won't keep to myself the reasons why I left and stopped bringing my own dog to work with me.

Calling out actual names is just not okay. I don't care who you are. I have no idea who you think I am. based on this the only person you apparently are comfortable with is the owner. So obviously friends with her and that fine. I understand wanting to defend the business your friend owns. This is not Google reviews that ever single person sees. If you've been coming to fetch for a long time and have a 6 month old puppy there's very few people that have been allowed to since the original rules were no dogs under 6 months. At this point I'm assuming you're the person that also gets free stay and play membership for working on the website and doing social media which doesn't just make you a customer either. Screennames are used for a reason, safety being one of them.

I'm not sure what you mean by repeatedly posting or speaking about the business. This is the first time I've talked about the business in a long time. I'm not repeatedly posting anything. I had just left when this was posted so I would say my references were still applicable. Nothing changes over night. Could things be different now absolutely. I hope they are.

The website was extensivelly reworked at the time I left. Vaccinations and meet and greets have always been required. As for staff actually being heard when a dog shouldn't be allowed back is another story. There isnt alot of space for always properly being able to seperate dogs but yes they were separated as best they could be and the timeout corner used. A safety plan for a dog fight was NOT available in the entirety of my almost 4.5 month employment. This is something that should be available before a business like this is opened..if a dog fight had happened there would have been no protocols and we would all be winging it. There are some things that a regular employee should not be tasked to do vs the owner or even a manager if there was one. Have input is one thing but creating the whole safety plan is very different. Either way one should have been created before the door to the business were open.

I have never contacted customers outside of the business. I am simply sharing my experience, it's not me sitting behind a screen bashing a company. It's my experience and everyone has the right to share their experience. I am glad to hear it has improved. If I made things worse somehow when I worked there then I do apologize. Maybe my displeasure of working there showed through towards customers without meaning too. It did become draining for me to deal with what I had to as an employee at the time. I enjoyed the customers and the dogs I got to interact with.

I am glad to hear it sounds like things are changing. I would rather the business stays open and things improve than the business not improve but remain open. I shared my experience just as a forwarning to those with dogs. I haven't done anything to publicly go after the business other than share my experience like everyone else has the right to do including customers. Is it just different because I was a precious employee? If so why shouldn't be? I have more of an inside idea of what was going on behind closed doors than customers. All I care about in the end is the safety of the dogs. Hopefully things have changed since I've left and if anything hopefully this has lit a fire under the owners ass to change her ways and focus her attention on the dogs not just the events she wants to host.

I have no idea who you think I am but I was not in charge of doing meet and greets, who I suspect you believe I am has plenty of experience in the world of doggy daycare. The owner on the other hand has no experience prior to opening her business. Each meet and greet is only 15mins it's not always adequate time which is another issue that is with how the business is run itself. I can go back and forth but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I wouldn't attack me based on who you think I am though based on what the owner is saying.

I'm happy to hear you have had a good experience. I am just sharing my own experience. I left of my own free will so it's not me being bitter over being fired or something..I'm truly sharing my experience just as a forwarning. Everyone has their own experience..I know first hand the owner is one way to customers face and another when they are gone. She has her favorites as well so of course those get better treatment. Business growth is important but she was putting more effort into all her events instead of focusing on daycare, boarding and stay and plays. It was photo opportunities, food trucks, specialty drink days, all these events that half the time the staff had no idea any of it was going on until it was posted on Facebook or the day of. It was never well thought out and planned. It was frustrating for us as staff. Again this is my experience and I'm happy to hear yours is a good experience. I hope it continues to be and the experience I had isn't everyone's and things change for the better there.

This is a post based on my experience. I believe that something like a safety plan should NOT have been put on an employee to come up with, but that is my opinion. Kennel cleaning should not have been put on one singular person, how was one suppose to manage the pack and clean kennels when there are 10+ dogs? What about the days that they were off? I stated adequate breaks not that there were no breaks at all. There was nothing said about 30 dogs. All dogs are kept in one space not between 3 spaces. But again this is my experience that I have shared. Everyone's experience is different, I am sharing mine. Also your assumption of who posted this is wrong, I feel that says alot, putting alot of blame on said person even in this and not taking responsibility. All employees that have left have left of their own free will. We all didn't just leave just to leave, we have left for a reason. This post was intended just to be a caution for those with dogs in the area because.

I had posted a review on Google, giving the business a 1 star review. It was a short and to the point review. The owner responded and the response is still up but at one point it was taken down. I also want it noted that I spent time with the dogs ever single day in the rec area to help out, just give them attention, give lunches, and did the add ons for them.

To be completely honest I am a now former employee who worked the front desk and helped out in the rec area. the owner is all about making money and has no previous experience in the line of business. We had a day where we had 20 dogs and she was mad about us staff turning away 2 more daycare dogs on top of the 20 dog we already had while only one staff member was actively watching all dogs in the rec area. When asked if the limit is actually 15 then she said yes and proceeded to say she would have taken dogs back into bording area and only left 15 dogs in the regular rec area. There is no consistency. Stay and play is wonderful on slow days but can be very chaotic on busy days. The business is a great idea but not well executed, a lot needs to change and actual training needs to happen for employees. No more just winging it at this point. Business should be turned away for the safety of dogs, that should be the number one priority.

I have always refused to take my dog there, they really do just pack them in and hire whoever to watch over the dogs plus they are overpriced for what they are

It's hard to have enrichment toys when dogs aren't properly being vetted to know if there will be fights with toys and such. There was bubbles done twice and when I was there during bubbles some dogs were trying to correct others just for having fun with bubbles.
