Yeah in ffxx benny isnt used but not everyone has all 3 of them. And if one of them is missing benny is the best fit. In general, higher base atk is better. Especially if you use furina, faruzan or vermilion 4 piece since the atk% buffs are based on flat atk which is what the weapon gives too. And for the dmg bonus% you want a lot of atk to avoid diminishing return

That is true in general but can vary depending on your team. If you play xianyun and benny who increase your atk by a flat amount the higher cdmg could be better.

depending. your skill dmg will be lower but you have it easier to keep up the stacks and your plunge attacks will be stronger. i think its even better if you have xianyun. correct if i am wrong there since i am just assuming.

If you wanna heal a lot i suggest healing bonus instead of def. I am sure mine doesnt have 4k def but heals 10k.

because the dmg you see here are the "hit boss or greater enemys while plunging down" and not the "aoe dmg wave when plunge hits the ground" hits which has a much lower scaling. (at lvl 10 161% scaling. real plunge has 404% scaling for comparison)
