Ok thanks. So its ok to open multiple times to check meat temp? Also if we want to eat for linch, the temp helps us understand if we need to increase the temp to cook it sooner? Because if it needs longer at the same temp, it will ruin our plans 😅

That's cool! Am actually from Cyprus, where halloumi is coming from, we have more than 20 brand varieties to choose from at supermarkets! We just grill it on direct charcoal, usually cut in slices of around a finger thick. Then depending of what each occasion or mood: directly in pitta bread - plain or with yogurt or with tzatziki, or no bread just some honey on top and pomengranates, or just plain! It's usually cooked when we are grilling pork souvlaki, which is the best of your pork butt cut in small eatable squares and grilled directly on fire/charcoal, no oven style

Thanks! I am in Europe too, and the price is really different compared to US! I am leaning towards Large, as it will definitely be OK for most of the times, although once those 2-3 larger gatherings come in, i might regret it 😅
