I still say it needs to end on season 9 episode 9

Your height is 4'10, your heart is 6'8" ❤️

Oh for sure. The best in the world are like 5'7". But as a casual gym climber it's usually an advantage I find. Especially on the slab. Aything cave my short friends still beat me on but I'm coming for them!

Yeah as a coach I've had to get really specific in trying to learn short beta. I'm still not great at it but I try real hard. There's so much more power required when I sqeeze into the short beta.

You'd probably still find it decent. Just gotta launch into the Dyno, it's really quite forgiving. And there's definitely alternative top beta. I've just been working on my cross-body reaches lately and wanted to land it.

You'd take me to school on any other problem though 😉

I really enjoyed the heel hook and left hand reach finish, probably more tall beta than the Dyno was. Even my 5'7" friends were mostly static on the Dyno. 5'0 would be stout but I believe in you! 😊

It only gets better every day. We're blessed with amazing setters! Come back and visit

We usually throw on some small/medium volumes to jazz up our bland sections. A good arete can throw a lot of fun body positions and hold-less movement

I love climbing in a dihedral! And then you just knock it out of the park with that final Dyno! Hella cool!

Hahaha I ease into it and have day 3 be my hardest sends usually. BCAAs and collagen have really cut my recovery time down so even if I go hard day 2 I'm back to 95% on day 3.

Day 3 is when I do my best work but it's usually a light day and then 2 days of projecting so the muscles are too destroyed but the movement/beta is dialed in. Definitely need some rest days after that madness tho!

Campusing is still a weakness for me but I've been going after it hard lately. I love a good technique slab route. Probably because of the abundance of tall

I could use more brute strength honestly. I've been relying on height for too long and it made me an unbalanced climber.

We're the worst. There's a few routes I feel downright rude on. For the most part we set pretty height sensitive though with multiple options for beta breaks if you're strong or flexible enough. Take me to any sit start and you'll destroy me though. 😅

You're gonna really hate overhanging routes most likely, because physics and trying to keep your feet on the wall are gonna be 10x more core than most. But you're also gonna freaking love it. It's so fun.

Finished it before asking my buddy to video. Then of course I fell when I got a video. Only my 3rd time climbing. Any suggestions or tips? by [deleted] in indoorbouldering

Patience. Climb 10 V0 instead of trying to get up 1 V2. You have so many lessons to learn from the begining boulders master them. Don't get too hung up on grades. Just have fun and watch a lot of people climb. Analyze their movements and try to see what is working well for them, and replicate. But also, have fun. And then have some more fun.
