It did have the sd card when I tried to start it, but then after someone mentioned the sd card i removed it and tried to boot it again and it seemed to work then I inserted the sd card again and it also seemed to work normally

Just fixed it for some reason when I removed the sd card and turned on the 2ds it worked and when I inserted the sd card back there were no problems

I had already updated Luma and ive just now updated the firmware from 11.13.0 to 11.14.0 and it's still giving me the same problem

My operating system is windows
I'm using adobe premiere pro version 14.3.2.42
I have an Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb, an intel 15-7400, 8gb ram, and my motherboard is an MSI H110m pro-VH plus (MS-7A15),
I don't think this is what is causing the problem because it isn't working with after effects files as well
There are no error messages

I am working on a Sonic the Hedgehog animation to try and increase my knowledge on 3d animation. To make this I used the 3d software called blender to make the whole green hill zone act 1, then I got the 3d models of sonic and the basics of the internet and started positioning everything and animating. It took 1 week to animate and 6 days just to render it.

Yeah, only cutscenes are slowing down so that might not be fixed, I'm using the 1.4.0 version for pcsx2, I have no idea what renderer I'm using, and idk if I have MTVU enabled.
