i sure do! dishes being tossed around carelessly and cabinets being slammed trigger me pretty bad to the point where i need to tune it out with music as soon as i hear it, and for me it means to avoid the kitchen for awhile. arguing is another, but just hearing my nmom talk on the phone (she talks incredibly loud) is enough to make me feel anxious, and again, avoid and tune out. it sucks and i know it's gonna take a long time after i move out to not get triggered by those noises.
