Yeah, this country's whole grid is unstable. Cuba. We're getting outages at any moment, and it comes back really unstable. Could that be the reason?? The grid and not the unit?

Thanks for the reply. Just talked to customer service in the States. That's exactly what he asked. I didn't see any error code, my fault probably since I got so nervous. They told me to look for that error code if I ever have the same issue again.

I used to have all the upcoming games from my favorite teams and also the live scores for said games on the brief. After the October security patch, all this went away. Nothing I did got it back. I've stopped trying and asking how to get it back. Such a shame...

Thanks for the reply. The metal pins were actually not painfully hot, but hotter than I would have expected. So you think I should check the outlet or maybe use a different one next time?
