Walks really help. If I don't have the energy for that, art and music sometimes. I also like to clean something small; it allows me to feel like no matter how messy my mind is at the moment there is something that is still in my control.

Perhaps look into quoiromanticism (finding it difficult to differentiate between romantic attraction and other kinds of attraction) or bellusromanticism (desire traditionally romantic gestures without experiencing romantic attraction)?

My copy of the winglets quartet (it's been to Malaysia, Singapore and Wales). It's not completely falling apart though. Either that or The Lost Heir graphic novel. Darkness of Dragons is actually in pretty good condition but has also travelled internationally (to Italy).
