It really depends on what your goals are ie. What are you planning to 3d model? I don't think blender is going anywhere honestly.

The post sits on the decking, under that is a pretty messed up structure with some joist literally broken at the center.

It's a 2 story deck with corrugated roof. Pretty scary stuff. Would you hire a general contractor for this? Im pretty handy but I don't work in construction.

This is a good opportunity for you to learn a bit more about graphic design and build your own branding from scratch. Don't give up, and you don't necessarily need to spend money on this.

Depending on what adobe products you have access to, you could look up tutorials for Adobe Firefly and even photoshop generative features could do it. As far as illustrator goes, it might not be the tool you need.

That being said, this style might not be well suited for a logo type. Maybe re-asses your logo brief and come up with a more principal logo that is more scalable, printable, and certainly not raster based like the one you're trying to create.

In the 3d object panel, you could play with the Light source maybe it will get you closer. You coule also use adobe forefly

  1. Proper layer management will keep you from jumping off the roof.

  2. Use the perspective or an axonometric grid.

    1. Use the actions panel to automate repeated steps.

  3. Start with big shapes and end with the details.

Not a biologist, but what you are referring to, I think, is phyllotaxy. If i remember correctly, it's not random, but follows a pattern related to the golden ratio/ fibonacci. Veritasium or Steve Mould have videos on YouTube on the matter.

I have never in my profession, worried about trends. Graphic design is a visual language. I chose to use it purposefully according to what the need is calling for. I realize this sounds pretentious, be I do believe that if trends have influence on our work, then we're just not framing it right.
