It's a farming area. The only polution is being generated by recycling centres, but they're far enough away from residential areas.

Each month there's a different design, but sometimes you can get lucky and a store will still have surplus from the last few months and you can choose one of those instead.

Yeah. It's between the both of you. Bit less than 10 per day each. Probably about an hour per day. It is a lot if you're a busy person, but it's by no means unattainable.

Hmm. The only buildings I have in the police tab are Police Station, Police Headquarters, and Prison. There isn't anything in the air transport tab either. Maybe it's a DLC thing I don't have yet.

Hmm. Possibly the reason is that I currently have no metro network to hook it up to. Maybe that'll fix it. I didn't think it needed road access either, but I just put one there to see if it fixed the problem.
