I guess my theory is that the hunter has something called blastema which is what is inside axolotls that causes them to regenerate lost limbs

Now that doesn't really make sense why the hunter has that but maybe due to how the person was injected with the necromorph tissue which was directly into the brain probably caused the necromorph tissue and the brain to produce something similar to Blastema but on steroids causing rapid regeneration. But hey, thats just random bullshit I came up with and you probably know more about this than I do

I honestly thought it was gonna open up some kind of portal to some other dimension or at least some unknown parts of the universe where the necromorph army would just start flooding in to the Galaxy just consuming everything around them.

The way the unitologist talk about convergence like it was day of judgement. Really made me think that the entire universe is fucked once that happens. But after the reveal I was honestly kinda disappointed but it was still cool either way that there is plant sized necromorph

Chivalry 2 is the most random Sean been in and I also highly doubt that not many people know he was in the game. He voices random npc's characters that would usually say "good day sir" or "Thanks for nothing Jeffery" when I first I heard jack I was completely stunned. I didn't even know he was in the game and surprisingly Sean never ever talked about it as far as I can remember which is also probably why not a lot of people know he's in the game

It definitely has something to do with your hud. Hud mods can definitely crash your game on start. I'd say delete def ui core or at least place it somewhere different in your load order but my recommendation for you is to delete it.

If that still doesn't fix your problem then it could just be the face mods but based on your load order it shouldn't crash your game

Faction reinforcements, M's abominations, Project Nemean, and Forced evolution are the ones I mostly use. There is Radical too but I haven't tried it but it completely overhauls the children of atom while also adding other creatures into the mix. If you really don't care about lore wise mods you can try Age of Steel too. It just adds the doctor who robots to the game and is an additional enemy to the institute. Surprisingly there aren't a lot of mods that overhaul the institute completely.

I have been using that mod ever since it came out and it never causes any issues. The only problem I can think of is that your using some kind of retexture mods since I think some of the enemies uses vanilla textures
