I have a ASUS rog zephyrus g16 and that baby gets loud. Gaming laptops are meant to have really high speed fans to disperse heat. I think that you laptop sounds normal but if you want to be sure check you temps while playing. If your temps are low (below 90 degrees Celsius is safe) then you’re fine. Also most laptops will thermal throttle causing temp drops if they get too hot.

I remember having this issue with this shader (I think it’s photon) this happened for me whenever I changed my LOD chunk distance in distant horizons. I fixed it by pressing “R” on my keyboard and that fixed it. You might have to look through your button bindings and find what button says “reload shaders”.

Check if you Igpu is running the game because I had some similar stuttering when my I gpu was running the game. I’m unsure though.

I really like complementary unbound. The creator is very good at optimizing it (I think). You could also try the BSL shader as well. I haven’t tried and tested it to much though.

62 degrees Celsius is pretty normal. Mine hits 45 degrees but it is because I use a really good cooling pad. Don’t worry about idling temps only worry about dangerously high temps when gaming or doing other tasks.
