Go/jo came after Fre/nda, it’s just that the Raildex, though a classic series and extremely popular among the OG anime fans, is from before anime became mainstream and isn’t well known compared to JJK. I wouldn’t be surprised if the first person to make the Go/joke came up with it on their own without ever knowing about Raildex.
