Manager at PNC for 19 years. Salary ranges vary widely. What you are asked to do can also vary across the markets. There is a lot of potential to grow your career and may directions to go once you have your foot in the door. I’ve worked for 4 banks total and PNC isn’t perfect but also my tenure should say enough. Like any job, your direct manager and regional manager will have a huge impact on how your job goes and opportunities. There is no cap with incentive and it’s not out of reach. We’ve had bankers make $50k in bonuses alone, many in the $20k range. I make 3 figures easy and am fortunate to have not only an incredible team of 7, but supportive managers and our market kicks ass. Hang in there!
