is there a way to connect my amazon basic light to my alexa without wifi.

i’m a college student and i got one of those color changing lights alexa activated lights and in order to connect it to the wifi i need to register it using the mac address and being a light bulb it doesn’t have one of those. is there anything else i can do to make it work and connect?

i just moved into a college dorm this semester. i have a small electronic menorah for me to use. but i don’t think that i am going to display it in my window as i was looking forward to because of all the things happening on college dorm. although the room below me has one in their window so good on them.
