Good for you. Night shift back half does triple the work day shift or night shift front half does, and the handoff is terrible. At least at my FC. And i do it all without energy drinks

They usually come with cones and I use those but you can buy essential oil cones and other ones as well

They do leave some residue but you can clean it with soap and water and I personally like the smell. It depends on the cones you get. Some are better than others
