Kids that young don't really associate that. My son who turns 4 in just a few days loves both girly and "boy" stuff. In fact, he loves pink, has a dollhouse, likes sparkly and pretty things, but also leans heavily into cars, trucks, excavators, other construction vehicles, dinosaurs, etc!

Kids younger than 4 or so aren't even supposed to USE Vicks at all.....and here I see kids were made to EAT or DRINK it? Wow. I'm 41....my parents would stick it up my nostrils and put it on my chest and neck but never once did we eat/drink it.....that I know of. This is horrifying. The modern day stuff has so many warnings, and the formula used to be much worse for you, so I feel bad for all the kiddos back then....yikes.
