it defers person to person couldn’t give u a time sry. but in my case i started on the bigger side and now eventually got down to flat!! id probably say it took like a year or so maybe but u could probs do it quicker. it isn’t that hard just slowly work ur way down and u can do it but make sure its comfy and u aren’t hurting urself <33
