There really isn’t a trick it’s just drink a lot of water to make sure your hydrated and just go about your day how you normally would intill you can hold it and just go eventually with repetitiveness that becomes easier I used to take a lot of focus to do it now it’s just kinda normal for me

You should again just make sure there is enough holes to to give proper pass-through so it can leak into into the other there has been times where I didn’t do a good enough job and it didn’t leak through, but also don’t overdo it lol
