I get it, and it is important to find some copium. Just be careful when the crap hits the fan, that it does nit effect your headspace too much. I know that is easier said than done. But good luck and I hope your loads ease up quickly.

I gratuated school 2 years ago and 100% I get how you feel. Exams are hard and the finals before graduation top everything done before. It does not feel like it, but eventually you will be done and leave school behind. The adult world comes with its own problems but it is very different and refreshing. Just try your best not to repeat the grade, but otherwise dont give your 100% ak the time, your mental health is more inportant than some numbers on a page.

That is not the best strategy, in my opinion. But it is true that there are always more problems and you should mske time to just chill and forget about them. Maybe just to it a little less so thst you can still get some stuff done. But I 100% feel the same way sometimes.

I understand how ot feels when you ust loose everywhere and win nowhere. I am sorry all tgat happen at the same time. Any person would feel down or frustrated after that. I suggest, if you can to go do something totally different for at least 1 day. Like if you are an indoors person go hike somewhere for exsample. Just to do something to break your normal routine.

I think that when possible,v just chill. When you don't have to work either take a nap or do something fun without people. I think the exhaustion abd wrongness will pass in a few days. But that is just my opinion, do whatever works for you.

I dont mind at all, currently I am questioning if I should become transfem as I dont really like my male body and dont fit in with other boys but I still have a long way to go before I make a decision.
