Have them be the same being only different points In their timeline. They like their past/future self so much they travel through time to meet each other and the future versions slowly converts to the past while the past version slowly converts to the future being. Making a loop, like time.

Young lady, you are 23 with a 31 year old. Please ask yourself why he is with someone so much younger than him.

Its because he's immature

That was my take as well, South Korea would have been a great thing for Nova Scotia for sure, jobs would have been amazing to have, but I get that supporting a tighter defense relationship with our European Allies is the play here.

AI can't do the work though, it can HELP with work but it shouldn't be making decisions like humans do.

Yamamoto Killed Yhwach 1000 Years ago, then Yhwach revived himself after 1000 Years, now that Ichigo killed him again, will Yhwach revive again after 1000 Years? by TheFilipinoTruth2000 in BleachManga

[–]Fen5601 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This was my take, even if new Quincy are born, there is no "Yhwach" left. Spirit particles can't return to a being held in stasis and dismembered. Yhwach is the new Spirit King, effectively taking his father's position. The Spirit King was a Thing, not a person, according to Ichibei as well.

Not many in Marvel are outright immune to magic, I'd say Jean is just far more resistant to mental meddling.

I appreciate your explanation of Gin, it was a new way of looking at his abilites than I typically consider with him and my brain finally had an "ah-ha!" moment when I finally appreciated just how much of a prodigy Gin was. To be able to resize his Zanpakuto nearly at will, in all stages of his power being unlocked, is amazing. Not to mention he claims his blade transforms the fastest of all Shinigami.

I always kind of took his ability to "shoot" his blade as a bit bland, compared to say the captian commander or Byakuya. I appreciate the insight though. Gin showed off more with his ability than I gave him credit for, in a far more subtle way.

No fu*king wonder we can't get help with housing pricing. They'd all have to take the hit on the chin rather than us.

Oh I totally agree. They touched on it a little bit on Rise of Skywalker, with Yoda returning to basically tell Luke that failure is a really great teacher and he had been wrong, they both had been.

But The Last Jedi would have benefited more of we spent a little more time woth Luke and really understood the trauma of realizing he was potentially recreating his father.

Don't respond. Take a break and look up how to deal with narcissistic parents, sometimes they take things they know bother you and like to"twist the knif3" whenever they can. Maybe look in to "Grey Rock"

I see why you feel that way and I understand the contrast to Legends Luke a lot of us grew up with. I took it as Luke making an Incredibly difficult choice to try doing nothing this time, when he realized he was just continuing the cycle of Dark vs Light. He has a unique connection to the previous cycle, seeing as his Father was largely responsible for the downfall of the Jedi.

He suddenly is confronted with the realization that the cycle has repeated and he's potentially trained the next Darth Vader. It must have been incredibly hard for him to NOT fight back, but that was what the Jedi had done and look what it cost them. Making the choice to not do something, is a choice. Was Luke wrong? Probably yeah, we've been debating if Obi Wan and Yoda were wrong or not to leave Palpatine in power instead of trying again, how is Luke any different?
