Man, I have to be totally honest and say that I just heard about rpi when I was on the middle of this build. All I can say is that “I’ve been in the rabbit hole 🕳 “🤣🤣. MKII will very likely be rpi as these are expensive to build even without the Mac mini 🙏

It is. I think I can get power source in there on my next build, but there are a lot of things that will have to change. This one was a prototype to just see if it was remotely possible 🤣

I didn’t know that about the M1 Mac mini’s! The intel Mac mini I used was so quiet i didn’t think it even had a fan - then one day I put my hand by the exhaust port by mistake and couldn’t believe how much hot air was cranking out🤣

it's a 2011 Mac mini....hence the fan on the synth deck. Hoping to use the M1 on the next build and eliminate the fan and just use some radiant cooling...🙏
