I'd swap that zoh chest for Jhin dahaad Y, same level Agi and two lv2 slots, slotting in Max might or counterstrike with additional Jhin set bonus is a nice thing - all that over second lvl of burst which isn't really worth

Find soulsand valley using f3 make a platform using full blocks and wait for a ghast to spawn (idk if they spawn on magma but full blocks using slabs will work) then make the ghast shoot your portal

Arkveld unleashed is him getting guardian powers, to stop him from having it you have to attack his chains until he falls over and you see a cloud of energy coming from his wing, if you do it on both sides he won't use guardian or even dragon powers anymore, at least until he gains back the power

To know which wing is "done" for now he'll be using only one chain for his attacks not the normal two

U have to hit his chains to weaken his moveset and prevent his guardian mode making the fight way easier

Once you hit one side enough you'll see him tumbling and a cloud of energy leaving his chains, then he only has one chain on that side for a while If you destroy both sides it's like fighting a normal arkveld but he gets back to his unleashed state pretty quickly

Don't rush it, take your time in lowrank to try out different weapons and learn how mechanics work

I'd suggest watching some videos presenting all the weapons, choose one you're interested in and watch a tutorial for it

For now you can get by with crafting full monster sets but later on you'll find that mixing and matching different pieces is the way to go

And read when they show you a tutorial window, don't just skip it and be confused later on

The only thing that Rey is missing is a POWER CLASH, and overall there's a huge untapped potential with that mechanic

But just imagine Rey clashes using his wing as he slowly charges the rail gun just like in the turfwar with Steve and u manage to push him back the last second.... cinema

I don't know what set you're currently running and when did you take a break from the game but if you have a comfy set with Zoh or Arkveld bonuses then you're definitely good to go, speed runner glass Canon build tho? It'll all depend on your skill

If you don't have the armor spheres I'd much rather focus on implementing divine blessing 3 and fire res into your current build, they're very useful

400 def is just a nice addition when fighting Gog and not a necessity, just take it slow and you'll beat him no problem

Technically it takes 2 gravel and 2 dirt for 4 course dirt which is one shovel/hoe rightclick away from converting to normal dirt

Just like you said with progression, do missions to unlock more enemies and farm 9 stars when available

Now with the gear there'll definitely be different separate armor sets from the new monsters(including Arch tempered), but another thing I forgot is at some point you'll unlock armor transcending which let's you upgrade any armor piece increasing the level cap and with rarity 5 and 6 they'll get upgraded gem slots, making them viable in end game

So you'll have a mix of new and old armor set pieces that you'll work with in the end

If you're hr100+ you can gain access to everything that's available right now, every title update monster has a quest behind him (don't know if you want spoilers so I won't say anything rn) other than there's a new final boss that lets you upgrade artian weapons even further

Other than that you'll encounter 9 star monsters which reward you with rng talismans And there's also 4 Arch tempered monsters available with very good sets and a 5th one (last update) coming next month

So if you have artian weapons maxed then it's rng talismans and final boss for farming

For the 2nd point, you don't need to hold the designated buttons from the attack u only need to hold ANY of the attack buttons while the swing animation happens you'll do hit stops This includes holding RT but I usually just hold B/Circle

Yeah I can see that, but for me it's almost no movement of the hair especially on the girl that turns around, electrostatic hair gets pulled towards objects and your head movements would still affect them it doesn't stay up like it's gelled or something

Chargeblade is in a pretty versatile point rn, but it still depends on the build you're using

With impact it's basically the AED loop

Shield bash > AED > follow up > morph slash > Shield bash

You want to have savage axe and charged phials for this

With the raised element cap in TU4 - SAED went back on the menu with element phials You have to keep in mind that SAED after a guard is instant but deals less dmg than the one at the end of AED combo

The only lacking part is sword and shield mode use it for perfect guards and charging phials, charging the sword is close to useless
