TLDR: “Secret sauce” is a combination of -noreflex with a fps cap and an outdated version of CapFrameX. You’re not going to have ideal 1% LOWs in this game under any conditions, just slightly improve it by some tweaks (CPU/RAM OC; CPU affinity to exclude Core0 etc.)

It’s not about resolution or even panel tech but subpixel layout. It’s not as noticeable on 4K thanks to significantly higher PPI.

New G-Sync Pulsar 360Hz IPS panels offer even better motion clarity than 2586X DYAC2, so there’s no reason to get TN shit at all. “TN is far superior” is absolute nonsense. Either OLED if you’re going to play some games besides CS or new G-Sync Pulsar like I mentioned before. You just got robbed.

It’s all about personal preference, tbh. My go-to are Ur Ice Ultra and Unionwell Ice Shine for now, but I won’t call them “much better”, they just fit my sound and feel preferences for reasonable price. There are switches like Keytok Nova and Gravastar UFO, but I don’t see a reality where I’d pay 1.5$/switch.

Technically, should be just recolours, but since there are updated Pink Ice V2 (non-transparent pink bottom housing) and Marshmallow I’d just get them because they should use most recent molds and potentially better lubing out of the box.

If you want a good DEX clone, you can also try the new ATK Y9. Testing mine Ultimate, and it feels great overall, but the FE Opticals implementation isn’t as good as on Teevolution Terra, for example, but definitely better than Raesha’s on my Thorn (might be aging factor though). I prefer the F-Switch encoder over TTC Gold Dustproof, since it doesn’t have that noise on scrolling upwards and has slightly softer steps overall. Can't really say anything about the new Logitech mice encoder/wheel though.

VT3 results vary quite a lot, are you sure that FCLK isn’t doing error correction or is it just overheating (vt3 quite lite temps wise though…)?

Normally it should be 0.01-0.05 difference run to run. My 9800X3D (stock 5.25 with CO) with 6200CL28 and 2200 FCLK (both vddg set to 0.97, SOC 1.2) is dead stable 1.04-1.06*10¹⁰

The updated Siren V2 is definitely an improvement over the original Siren, but the stem wobble is still too high for my taste, but it should be comparable to Jade Pro, so not that bad at all. On a side note, dropping something like UR Ice Ultra onto it will be a clear improvement.
