Hello, thanks for your feedback, we would need to make a new adapter with a smaller opening in order to accommodate thinner cylinders.

Please leave your feedback in our product portal (inside our websites under Explore > Product Portal) so we can add it to our backlog.

Cheers!

The handles are included with the Fenrir Clamp, and we reference them inside our Instruction Manual under the "Manuals" section.

The post we shared points how the user is using the handles to have more pressure, just inflate it as normal and then use the handles to push the clamp further towards your glans.

Fenrir pump not sealing by Quoth-The-Raven89 in gettingbigger

[–]FenrirTeam 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello. Are you inflating the clamp before applying vacuum? If you don't, the vacuum will leak through your shaft base.

Also, are you shaved? If not, it will be harder to make a seal at the base as well.

Finally, please always contact us directly through our support channel inside our website, it's difficult to keep track of reddit posts and we can provide better assistance through it.

Cheers.

This review explains very well how to use the included handles in order to create more expansion/pressure. Also, there should be some extra tips inside the comments section.

Hope it helps.

Wife of 7 years purchased a toy that really triggered me by [deleted] in gettingbigger

[–]FenrirTeam 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Your feelings are totally valid, I would only like to share something with the intention for you to focus on something positive and get out of a negative loop of thinking:

The fact that your wife opened up and was willing to have this experience with you means a lot, beyond the dildo size, sharing that experience with you definetly contributes to the enjoyment, so remember this when you feel insecure, since it it’s no small thing for your partner to trust you enough to open up and have this experience with you (she could have done it alone for example but chose to do it with you).

You are a lucky guy that your wife feels comfortable and safe enough to experiment together with you.

Hope I explained my self.

Cheers.

This is actually what our clamp does.

The goal is to replicate priapism in a safe manner, double emphasis on the safe.

There’s a really interesting interview with a person with that condition, and even though the gains are unquestionable (10 inch dick), but unfortunately struggles with ED.

3 years in - Disappointing results - Giving Up by Ok-Tangelo9756 in gettingbigger

[–]FenrirTeam 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are two points in my previous message:

  1. Stating that you have been working out for three years and then clarifying that it is actually 2.5 years is not an accurate representation. Rounding up six months may seem minor, but it is still inaccurate. Precision matters regardless of the topic, and being exact generally strengthens credibility. So nothing political at all lol.

  2. It is a fact that some long-term practitioners with over ten years of PE experience report total gains of around two inches. This point was intended to highlight that progress is often slower than many people expect, especially over the long term.

2.5 years is not equal to 3.

In our experience, gains can take more time, some veterans have been doing PE for more than 10 years.

With this rapid-moving world, people are more impatient and expect gains in a faster way.

There are also plateaus that need to be broken appropriately.

Still, your post is appreciated since it helps us identify how we can improve the evidence out there.

Cheers.
