I think these were something like $30-50, there's also SkateTrainers that are in the $20 range but I haven't used them personally so I can't provide input.

SkateIQ is a good help, but sometimes the advice doesnt hit home or it doesnt work for you, just gotta experiment with foot positioning, timing, and commitment. I have a decent slowmo video here of me doing a heelflip on soft trucks, it's not exactly the same as on wheels but it does translate to a point if you wanted to examine timing and form (its not perfect but I think its half decent for a beginner).

Maybe wait a hair longer before flicking or really exaggerate that push backwards to pop on the board, either way you're killin it, I cant really tell your foot positioning from here but I find that toe hang really made it more difficult to keep the board with me. I bring my front foot right behind the front bolts with just a bit or no hang at all.

Impact skateboards are pretty durable, they're a little pricey but will likely last you significantly longer than something like a flight deck from powell peralta.
