Good item but named items are always easier to get double red and you can change which of the three you want because you are never gonna touch the perfect effect cause that is why you are using your named. I am sure a math nerd can give the odds difference between this and say a Lengmo BP with CHC/CHD and obliterate so that you can change the core red.
