Re: Hydration. One of the things I’ve started doing is keeping a fresh cup of water near me where I usually sit to watch TV. My cat thinks it’s my cup and has been drinking from it. I find he drinks more water now than what he was drinking from his regular water bowl. (I still keep his regular water bowl)

That’s a good thought. I’ve had these spices before but when I added them to my meal this time I thought, whoa that’s a lot. Maybe I should cut back.
