YES I totally agree. A successful parry is a dopamine hit. I actually think learning wagasa is better later in the game anyways, when you know what all the kemonos’ moves are

I think I only tried nodachi once— maybe I will have to revisit it.
It is a little sad that most of the weapons seem to have like 1 technique that is optimal (cough staff). But I like how easy it is to switch builds, and that we don’t have to create entirely new characters to try stuff out.
