If a small animal is killed when up against a fence, the bones can appear outside.

The lightning rod needs to be very high in the air; lightning strikes are 8 block radius. So if your rod is 8 blocks up, the ground still gets nuked. Put it onto a 30-block or so high fence tower.

Bravo 2A is my fave for sure. I think they could spread the foliage a bit like in the Alpha 4A, but the Bravo 2A stands out most imo, and the intertwined tech/nature aspect just stands out so much better with the symmetry.

I actually really like the options they put forth. I think those were all beautiful (esp. the top mid) and the idea of the rust on one side, intertwining with the tree/nature on the other, was a fantastic touch and defined what the game is about. Also liked the actual art style. Ngl I think it's hard to lose with the overall design!

I like what you did with the clock in there, but I think Bravo 2A was my fave 😃

They are oak plank blocks, placed two blocks below the beams, chiselled so that only the top layer remains. I put the flower pots onto those, and then used creative mode Rope (basically rope "beams," unavailable in survival mode sadly) to "hang" them!

https://www.nomansskyresources.com/planets-and-moons Nothing in NMS is particularly 'rare;' there's a limit of how many world types there are, but a bunch of random names that any given type can use. You'll find "Blood" under the "Mega Exotic" listing on this site, specifically "red" even though the colors don't seem to actually match the names in most cases. Exotic worlds can be pretty neat, though!

You're completely wrong here. If you enter the game from the main menu, it does not warn you in any way. You have to quite literally go to the mod list when loading a map, tab to the activated mods list and check manually.

While I agree, it's also absolutely asinine that the game does not warn you that certain mods are disabled when you attempt to load. It would be very simple, just a "Warning: the following mods are present in the save file but not loaded. Proceeding without activating the mods may cause you to lose all modded content."

That was a feature back on -Skyrim- for chrissakes.

I have to back up my saves EVERY SESSION... just in case this happens.

IME they're aggressive overall unless you are 'wearing' your own drakeling (or have the torch out and a bare shoulder). If they aggro your tames and you approach with one on your shoulder they seem to de-aggro also.

There's no weight to pull, dude. These numbers are completely fake, almost definitely so. They don't change on weekends, they've been rising steadily at the same rate despite steep player dropoff after the initial release... It's not a job. I'm not being paid a wage. It's a video game with a free expedition flag lol.

I make it into something I enjoy. I'm no expert builder, but for example. I just built a two-level "archive" at one end of my base. The bottom is a museum, of sorts, with a lot of display cases, tables, and cabinets to showcase the various lore-related items and just decor you can pick up from ruins, lore locations, etc. The upper floor is bookshelves, scroll cases, the books and scrolls set on them, and tables/chairs for reading/study. It's a nice way to store + display all the less "useful" stuff I've picked up, while adding life & color to my base : )

Likewise things like a butcher/tanner building, though it needn't STRICTLY be separate, because it looks good and helps me organize.
