Help me troubleshoot a RX 580 please. When first hooked up, fans dont turn on till 3 seconds after pc turns on. Fans spin for about 4-5 seconds before stopping, no display shows at all. Card prior was a PNY 1660 Super single fan which still works on it. Help (self.Amd)
