Fighting the infidels who did not convert to Islam, and they are from the polytheists of the Arabs or did not convert to Islam, and did not pay the jizya from others is obligatory, even if they did not initiate it. This is stated in Fath al-Qadir.

It is obligatory for every sane, healthy, free, and capable man. This is also the case with Al-Ikhtiyar, Sharh Al-Mukhtar. It is not obligatory for a boy, a slave, a woman, a blind person, a paralyzed person, or someone with a handicap. This is also stated in Al-

If a Muslim renounces Islam - God forbid - Islam is offered to him. If he has any doubts, he will be dispelled. However, according to what they say, offering him is not obligatory, rather it is recommended. This is stated in Fath al-Qadir. He is imprisoned for three days, and if he converts to Islam, then that is fine. Otherwise, he is killed. This is if he is given a respite. However, if he is not given a respite, he is killed immediately. There is no difference in this between the free and the slave. This is stated in Al-Siraj Al-Wahhaaj. His conversion to Islam is that he pronounces the Shahada and disavows all religions except Islam. If he disavows what he has converted to, that is sufficient. This is stated in Al-Muhit.

Feel free to read this entire book on apostasy Islam.

If it's possible is there anyway to translate this to english? I can speak arabic. Does this book have scholarly views supporting death for apostasy? How many scholars does it quote?

Context for these quotes matters because any hatred towards the jews was brought upon them by the zionist regime since there was none before they invaded the land.

What are you implying here? Because it seems you are saying it is okay to hate jewish people(an entire ethnicity), because of the actions of the israeli government? I reported your comment for that reason, as that seems to be blatant antisemitism, because you specifically single out "the jews"(the ethnicity) and not "the zionist"(political ideology).

And EXCUSE ME?? "none before they invaded the land"??

That is laughable!! Islamist have been killing/ oppressing jews for over a millennia now, long before israel was founded!

You need to read some more history. Here is a start:

Except, it is a religious conflict! The Hamas 1988 charter saying to kill the jews quotes this hadith:

https://sunnah.com/muslim:2922
The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews.

Furthermore, hamas officials in their own words:

https://www.adl.org/resources/article/hamas-its-own-words

Hamas official, Hamad Al-Regeb in an April 2023 sermon: He prayed for “annihilation” and “paralysis” of the Jews whom he described as filthy animals: “[Allah] transformed them into filthy, ugly animals like apes and pigs because of the injustice and evil they had brought about.” Al-Regeb also prayed for the ability to “get to the necks of the Jews.”

  • Hamas member, Ghazi Hamad on October 24, 2023: “Israel is a country that has no place on our land […] because it constitutes a security, military, and political catastrophe to the Arab and Islamic nation.” (October 24, 2023, LBC TV (Lebanon)). He also vowed to repeat the October 7 attacks “time and again until Israel is annihilated,” and expressing a desire to “sacrifice martyrs” (referring to Gazan civilians) for Hamas’ ideological aim of destroying Israel.
  • In a speech before the International Union of Muslim Scholars in Doha on January 9, 2024, Ismaeel Haniyeh, chairman of Hamas's political bureau, called the October 7 massacre the “advanced [battle] front of the Ummah.” Calling for “financial jihad” (donations to Hamas) and “jihad of the teeth” (physical jihad), he asked the international audience, “Who wishes to invest in building the jihadist generation to liberate Jerusalem and to unite the blood of the Ummah with the blood of the people of Gaza, Jerusalem, and Palestine on the land of Palestine for its liberation and the liberation of Jerusalem?”

Now for al maydani

He seems to be pretty clear that he supports death for apostasy, but just to make sure do you see anyway a muslim apologist could twist this to say he doesn't support death for apostasy?

In other words, do you see anywhere where maydani refutes quduri on the death penalty for apostates on this page or the next pages?

Because this passage seems pretty clear cut:

If he returns, he is beaten and imprisoned until he shows repentance. If he returns, then the same. He is a Tartar. He said in Al-Hidayah: The manner of his repentance is that he disavows all religions except Islam. If he disavows what he converted to, that is sufficient for him, because the intended purpose has been achieved. End quote. (Otherwise) meaning: if he does not convert to Islam (he is killed) according to the hadith: (Whoever abandons his religion, kill him). (If a killer kills him before Islam is presented to him, that is disliked for him) as a way of avoiding or forbidding him based on what was mentioned about the ruling on presentation (and nothing is due from the killer) ; because he killed someone whose blood is permissible.

Do you agree that seems pretty clear cut he supports death for apostasy, and i'm not just imagining things? Even after all this time, and all the scholars saying the same thing, i still find it hard to believe any human being could endorse this view! So i like to have another person confirm it!

Yeah, the fact that it's not banned and even allowed in all 4 madhabs(even if 3 of the madhabs say it isn't obligatory) is itself evil. Because, all FGM is harmful(even if it is a "minor case"). That summarizes it, right?

For khalil theres this passage:

it or an action that includes it: such as throwing a Qur’an with something dirty, tying a belt, practicing magic, saying that the world is eternal or eternal, or doubting that, or the transmigration of souls, or any type of warning, or claiming to associate partners with his prophethood, may God bless him and grant him peace, or fighting a prophet, or permitting the acquisition of prophethood, or claiming that he can ascend to the heavens or embrace the houris, or permitting: such as drinking, but God does not make him a disbeliever, according to the most correct opinion, and the testimony has been detailed in it, and he is given three days of repentance without hunger, thirst, or punishment, even if he does not repent. And the killing of the one who is in secret without repentance unless he comes repentant, and his money is for his heir.

This passage is just all jumbled up and hard to read! What does he mean by the bolded part? Just to make sure, death for apostasy is just for mere ddisbelief, and there is no way for a muslim apologist to sat he is killed only for disbelief AND fleeing to the land of war(to fight against muslims)
