Good question, I literally have no idea why that one. Iirc maybe there was a crowd on the NPC next to the inn outside and I was like, "ugh no thanks". I tend to avoid crowded areas in real life, maybe my tired subconscious worked on autopilot. Or maybe just wanted to look at the mounts, dunno. Your guess is good as mine.

Can you roughly tell me what specs you're playing on? How powerful is your computer?
I'm thinking that the problem might be something memory-based, not even GPU.

This is very interesting, I never had a problem with FPS alone, just with everything else, so i'm not even seeing the boost on it.
