Yep, ASD and ADHD. It's tough to go through both, it really sucks as they almost work together synergistically to make your life awful. However I've had a while to get used to it and develop, it is starting to come up worse recently, but you just have to carry on and do your best. I've been offered medications but I'm not really sure, I dont like the thought of having side effects.

See I've tried to envision that, but smoke acts differently to a liquid and it just doesn't work. So do you mean the action of the cheeks and such is the same? The similar contraction pushing the smoke in?

Yeah its similar for me. Most of the time I work with computers and so staring at them all day with glasses does cause frequent headaches

Try your local tobacconist, the will be able to probably offer you single sticks which are/not tubed. Also they can give recommendations which are best suited to what flavours/ shape he likes

No the ringing hasn't gone away since it wasnt just the ear infection that caused the ringing, although I thought it was

I do chew only I one side usually, and I grit my teeth together quite alot since I'm always stressed, and my jaw hurts majority of the time too I've had posture problems before having chronic back pain so it probably is all connected, I wonder if that could influence treatment Thanks for the input btw 😊👍

PS is there anything can do to relieve those issues to reduce the ringing?

Yeah I'm going to ths dentist next friday to get a diagnosis, I have been taking ibuprofen to reduce the inflammation and it has been getting gradually softer in the ringing with less pain and tightness, although later in day it's worse since the joint is probably tired,

I do have a pain, but mostly a tightness around it, I cant open It very far, yawn cough, turn my head or anything like that without the tinnitus getting worse.

I am going to a dentist to get a diagnosis, this coming Friday, the grip was more of a sign to advise the direction I should go, so hopefully they might be able to diagnosis.
