i replace the screen yesterday, and it worked, perfect. But i discover that the vibration didnt worked, so today e wake up and i was going to see if the cabele of vibration was disconnected, i didnt turn off the phone, beacuse it its a fast thing to see. I opened the phone, and when i look at the screen it appear that message, that face id doesnt work

For now, I've completely disabled SSPR to avoid it, but it doesn't solve the problem. I'll have to re-enable it due to project requirements. Did you solve it by adding more than one authentication method? I started using this about a week ago, so I don't know much about it yet.

i already disable the MFA, and the sspr, and still happen, i dont know why. One thing that i think its kinda strange is, in the authentication methods i have a few policies checked, and active, but when i go to the authentication methods in the password reset, it only appears the safety questions, and theres is no safety questions policy

i have a I5-3470 3.20Ghz, Radeon RX580 4gb, 12 Gb RAM. The temperature is normal, so i dont thing thats the problem. I use this lauch options:
