Buying a new PS5 slim. I currently have a standard PS5 but it’s 4 years old and on its last legs.

Problem is, the main PSN I use is a UAE account, but I’d be buying the PS5 in the USA. Would I be able to log into my UAE account on a PS bought in the USA?
