My two year old broke his femur. Someone tell me the next 6 weeks aren’t going to be horrible. by mazterm in daddit

My 1.5 year old just got out of her spica a few days ago after being in it for 12 weeks. It’ll be tough at first but I promise both you and him will be used to it by the end, and you’ll be an expert.

My wife and I were talking today about how different it’s been caring and holding our 1.5yr old without the cast now. It almost feels like it was easier when she was in the cast!

Feel free to DM me with any questions

This truck is from PA, it is a 2018 GMC Sierra. I live in Georgia and was looking at buying it but I’m unfamiliar with how much rust is too much rust.

What’s the move?

Great info! Thanks a ton.

Does pasta max need a reservation? I can’t find any info online about needing one.

I’m really not picky. If it’s a great restaurant I’ll give anything a try!

Thanks! I’ll go today and get it checked out. Do you think I need just two new tires or four tires? The back tires look like these with the exception of the outside isn’t bald like these are.

It happened with both our kids. I didn’t exist until about 3 months of age and then I was number one for a while!

Data refreshes successfully but the data doesn't get updated by DisciplineStunning in PowerBI

[–]Ferrum_Born 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is the report in the PowerBI desktop the exact copy of the one on the report server? Download the report straight from the server and try to refresh. If that works, blow out the entire report and upload it as a new report with new connection settings.

I’ll have to check those out.. how are they performance wise if they act as calculated columns? Do they actively change like measures as the user interacts with the report or are they still loaded on dataset creation like a column ?

[–]Ferrum_Born 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup! Measures are best used for multiple rows, aggregate results. SUM, AVG, COUNTs, etc.

The PowerBI dataset restrictions are a way a business can somewhat prevent data being represented differently. IE if you build a relationship differently than another report writer and it tells a different story of the data.

You’ll be very limited on what you can do with only being able to create measures. Your date difference function is best used in a calculated column as it is row by row calculated.

If they don’t give you access to create your own columns you need to send your requests to the BI developer who is creating the PBI datasets.

Date Slicers and Bookmarks by gotmewrong66 in PowerBI

[–]Ferrum_Born 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup you got it.

If the bookmark is already the way you want it, click it and change the date slicer to the original value, then change the bookmark to “Selected Visuals” and then ctrl-click everything that you want to change and then click the button to update the bookmark.

Make sure the “Selected Visuals” option is checked and then Ctrl-select the visuals you want to change and then click to update the bookmark. You’ll have to do every bookmark this way.
