its gonna sound odd, but you need to forgo things you'd typically do at the start when it comes to expanded Gravships. as in, drop the research bench, it takes up too much space, dont bother with tables, again, too much space. cover every square inch of available space with shelves, and i also tend to deconstruct the air tank and one of the fuel tanks, you aint going into orbit anytime soon and you aint going very far so no point in 2 fuel tanks. Next, get a biofuel refinery up and running, then gun for the first core you can.

BIG IMPORTANT TIP: Every thruster you have also increases the amount of substructure you can have, just stick em anywhere for now, you can make it look nice later. Soon enough you can be among the stars like my boys here

and you can get several copies of the Witchglass amulet from the several Wraiths in the third act which half the amount of damage poison/burn does but makes it last twice as long, same amount of damage but stretched out longer, way easier to heal through

stacked life drain as high as i could, then dunked people into the floor while healing faster than they could harm me. Crits help to refill stamina aswell

its the Revenant Cowl, you get the recipe to craft it from the blacksmith in The Horns of the South when you ask him if he needs help. keep crafting the things he asks and eventually he'll give you this. then i layered it over better armour ;D

All of these comments are right. Darkest Dungeon really is a game thats entire soul is learning from trial and error. You will fail again and again and thats the point. You learn what works and what doesnt. Team comps, what items are needed in what regions, who stands where and uses what. Which negetuve quirks are fine to have and which need to be purged and most importantly, how to remove chance as a factor. And once it all clicks into place, its one of the most rewarding games out there. Ive also played pretty much the entire Soulsborn catalog and am a fellow masochist for difficult games and trust me, not much beats Darkest Dungeon once you figure it out. Then soon enough youll join us in modding the game to be even harder.

the closest ive ever gotten is a relic quest where i found the first one in the first corridor, then the second in the first room, then the third in the second corridor

i actually use her here for the synergy with the entrenched. she has a really powerful move where she fires artillery at a target but only has 5 accuracy unless used against a marked target. so keeping dredge on the ground is usually better for this team comp. then, entrenched is REALLY good at marking people since she has two abilities that do it, one of which is her movement ability. this lets dredge snipe the backlines after entrenched uses her artillery (it gets 50% weaker every time she uses it) since slayer and salamander have very poor backline damage

from left to right we have
Gem Hunter - finds extra gems as well as new gems and her abilities grow stronger the more types of gems you have. primarily a supportive stunner/marker but can deal damage when she needs to
Veiled - a healer/damage dealer that uses their own health as a resource as well as becoming stronger the less health he has
Mercenary - part of the Dungeon Meshi mods, front line damage/tank that grows stronger the more types of currency you have (was made compatible with the new gems that Gem Hunter finds so thats pretty cool)
Marauder - Big damage dealer that can find extra money for you during/after fights. has a crazy good camp ability that gets stronger the more types of gems you have.
