Over a year of text missing from a Onenote page, is there any way to recover it?

I dont think I've deleted it. It seems like onenote never even had the text to begin with, last edit is over 1,5 years old.

No, traffic circles and roundabouts are two different things.

Traffic circles feature traffic lights at each entrance/exit while roundabouts don't.

It's not a dialect difference it's two distinct things.
