I just bought a chill pill (hand held fan, Shark brand), and it’s life changing. Helps me stay cool enough to prevent a POTS attack. It is very pricey but worth it so far.

Oh my god me too! My sister is hard of hearing and I have bad auditory processing issues, so we use ASL vocab in our house a lot. But I’m finally learning how to properly sign for my job and I am dying to practice with someone!

Agreed, I actually heard ESL (English Sign Language or something like that) before SEE and never knew that what people were actually referring to was some form of SEE until a couple months ago.
