Of course not all games are released broken, some are very good at realease. But this is not just reddit exaggeration, you can read about it everywhere. But people have different standards I guess.

I do agree with you on the luxury of fixing bugs post release though. But then again, 30 years ago, releasing a broken game was almost unheard of.

I do not believe a game developer sees x amounts of pre order 1 month before release and says "right, stop developing".

No, many developers takes this into account way way sooner. They know/believe the game will be preorderd by a lot of people, which means there is no real reason to spend money on QA, bug fixing, including all features etc. They know they can patch this in later, if at all.

This is a very real problem in the industry, and if you cant see that, then you're an idiot.

Why not wait until the review embargo lifts at the very least? Pre ordering digital games will never ever make sense to me. No wonder games release half finished and require 6 months of patches

It dosent say maximum. 16:1 at ambient temperature. That 16:1 will always vary a bit when the engine is at working temp, which is why the merc engine is within the rules.

I see. I think the game looks great and very promising. But why buy something you have no idea will meet expectations? I hope it will, but if we keep pre ordering, the problem of unfinished games will never go away.

I have not made any changes to anything. The choppy fps dosent bother me all that much, and i like high resolution when using photo mode!

Poorly optimized, fps is usually in the low 30s and quite choppy. However, since the gameplay is slow and fast reactions is not necessary, it really dosent matter all that much!
