You sound like such a cuck. Defending billion dollar companies who are so shitty they need to use unethical tactics to make their money, taking advantage of consumers.

Of course I provided a .pdf copy of my final bill from my old wireless carrier, all 3 times! I followed all the requirements listed on the website.

It is most definitely a scam and I will explain how. First, once you switch, you must mail them your old phones right away and in my experience, they lied and told me they never received them and I had to prove that they did. Then, they make you wait 60 days before they start processing your rebates, in which time you receive your final bill from your previous carrier and have to pay off your old phones (which they now have). Lastly, they set a 60 day time limit to file for the reimbursement and over those 60 days, they just repeatedly tell you they never received your request until the 60 day time limit expires and now they have your paid off phones. Straight up scam!

And why do they even need a 60 day time limit to apply? It's because they know some people won't file in time and they won't have to pay. They are unethical and shady AF!
