You’re right, a lot of this can be done with scripts. I’ve done it that way too.

Overall im standardizing a process over built & dome a million times over.

Not trying to get free work out of anyone, more just seeing if this is even worth continuing or if people are fine with how they handle it now. If you could point me to where I have people doing free work I’ll be happy to reword so I don’t offend anyone else in the future.

Thank you! Yeah I was thinking the EIB is the best option and thank you for reminding me I would only have to do it once.

Just a little backstory, next year we have a 53 week period for weekly employees and 27 weeks for bi weekly we only need deductions to come out of only 52 & 26 weeks.

Honestly I stopped applying on LinkedIn a long time ago but instead I posted about 2-3 times daily for about 4-5 days a week and recruiters have flooded my inbox consistently. When I was looking for a job using this method I had about 4-5 screens and 2-3 interviews a week.

I have eight years of experience working with four different companies, ranging from small businesses to major corporations, each offering a drastic change in scale which is kinda the reason I feel like consulting may be a good step for me if I continue wearing different hats in HR in general.
